Join us this Memorial Day Weekend as we suit up and gear up for Warbird Flight Experiences and Rides! In the absence of the Jones Beach Air Show that has moved to July 4th Weekend we will kick off the approach to summer with flight operations all day long. You will be able to fly aboard the legendary WWII C-47 "Skytrain" paratrooper and cargo transport of D-Day fame, you can take to the skies in the WWII AT-6 "Texan" just as fledgling pilots did as they entered their advanced flight training phase before earning their wings and going on to fighter and bomber aircraft. You can also get the barnstormer's experience with our open cockpit Waco UPF-7 Bi-Plane known for its similarity to early barnstorming planes of the 1930s but was in reality one of the many primary training aircraft prospective army Air Force pilots had to conquer to start their road to wings. All of our flight experiences have unique history behind them, but are also just a heck of a lot fun to fly in! All flights depending on duration will tour the local Long Island area including often the north and south shore beaches. Click the website link to take you to our flight experience page and learn more about our flights, and cost of each flight. Look forward to having you fly with us at the American Airpower museum!
